such disclosure or provision is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the relevant individual;
such disclosure or provision is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, a local government, or a person entrusted thereby in the performance of duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the relevant individual is likely to impede the performance of such duties; or

If a customer wishes to request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, or other handling of his or her own personal information, the customer may make such request in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. The Company shall respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
